What did they ask for?

The admins of the system want to know how the hacker got in and got root access. They are suppirsed that the logs don't show anything that would indicated how he broke in. Amatuers! Cleaning up the logs is the least supprising thing about the entire incident.

He has changed the root password and they need to regain control of their system.

They want to know how to remove him from their system and how to keep him off.
