Second thought was "Do I really want to get involved?" I certainly wasn't lacking for things to do. I wouldn't get paid for this. And "going in" on a hacker incident can be mess, risky, and time consuming at best. It can also be intriging, challenging, and educational - to say nothing of facinating.
Next thought: Am I being hacked. This is a very SERIOUS issue.
Who exactly are these people and what story do they have to tell. I guess I can find that out before deciding whether to get involved.
What do they want or expect me to do?
What do I need to find out before I even stick my nose THIS mess?
