Workstations and Servers
- A server is a provider of services to the network.
- A workstation is a consumer of services.
- Some services are a normal part of workstations.
- Some systems can be both a server and a workstation.
- Unix systems tend to be more peer-to-peer
- Security on combination systems are more complex than for a workstation or server separately.
